What is your MOQ for custom paper packaging?

Production MOQ is confirmed by box structure, material, printing, finish, insert and project conditions. BLF prioritizes well-specified projects from 500 pcs; lower quantities may still be reviewed based on repeat potential and overall project fit.

Why does MOQ change by box structure and finish?

MOQ changes because rigid boxes, folding cartons, paper bags, inserts, printing, lamination, foil stamping and die cutting each have different setup costs and production requirements.

Can I request a rough price before confirming all specifications?

A rough price direction can be discussed, but a formal quote needs box type, dimensions, quantity, material, printing, finish, insert needs, artwork status and project deadline.

What is the difference between a white sample and a printed sample?

A white sample checks structure, size, opening direction and insert fit. A printed sample checks color, logo position, finish effect and the full visual presentation before bulk production.

What affects custom packaging lead time?

Lead time is affected by structure complexity, artwork readiness, material availability, insert design, special finishes, sample approval, production schedule and shipping deadline.

Which information has the biggest impact on quotation accuracy?

Box structure, size, quantity, material, printing colors, finish area, insert type, product weight, usage scenario and deadline have the biggest impact on quote accuracy.

Can you help choose inserts for cosmetic bottles, jars or dental kits?

Start with product dimensions, filled weight, item count, fragility and removal needs. Compare paper trays or dividers first, then check a complete sample. Non-paper accessories are confirmed by project, material availability and destination requirements.

Can food gift boxes be customized for chocolate or honey sets?

Yes. BLF can discuss paper outer boxes, trays, dividers, sleeves, windows and gift presentation for chocolate or honey sets. Direct food-contact requirements should be confirmed per project.

Can dental aligner packaging include compartments for accessories?

Yes. The kit can include compartments for an aligner case, instruction card, accessories or samples. The discussion is about packaging organization, not medical certification.

How should I prepare artwork files for foil stamping or embossing?

Prepare logo files, dieline or box size, finish area, color reference and any packaging reference. Fine lines, small text and textured paper should be checked by sample.

How do I know if my TikTok or Instagram packaging project is suitable for custom production?

A social commerce project is a better fit when it has suitable quantity, repeat potential, clear product dimensions, custom branding, insert or finish needs, and a real launch or restock plan.

How long does sampling take?

Sampling time is confirmed after structure and artwork requirements are clear. Complex inserts, special finishes and material sourcing may extend the timeline.

How are dieline and mockup requests reviewed?

Dieline, mockup and sampling requirements can be reviewed once the product, dimensions, structure and artwork status are clear. Availability, fees and timing are confirmed for the specific project.

Which finishes can be customized?

Common options include foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte lamination, gloss lamination and Pantone printing.

Can you make inserts for bottles, jars or aligner kits?

Paperboard trays and dividers can be reviewed as paper-based options. EVA, foam and other non-paper accessories are confirmed case by case based on product fit, export requirements and supplier availability.

Do you support FSC paper options?

FSC-related paper requests can be reviewed for suitable projects; the exact material, certificate holder, scope and validity are confirmed before order approval.

What information is needed for a quote?

Please provide product to pack, quantity, box type, dimensions, target use, insert needs, logo or finish requirements and whether artwork is ready.

Do you work with traders and OEM factories?

Yes. BLF serves brands, retailers, packaging buyers, traders, gift companies and OEM/ODM factories when the project has suitable volume and customization needs.

What should social commerce sellers include in a packaging brief?

Include the product dimensions, quantity per design, sales channel, dispatch method and any inserts or branding. If a video is your reference, identify the opening, layout or finish you want; confirm the actual specification and sample separately.

Can you support holiday gift box projects?

Yes. Holiday packaging should start early because artwork, inserts, sampling, production schedule and shipping deadlines all affect feasibility.

Can buyers request third-party inspection?

Third-party inspection can be discussed before order confirmation. Inspection scope, timing and document requirements should be agreed clearly.

Will you keep my brand and packaging project confidential?

Please identify any confidentiality requirements in your project brief. Any project-specific handling terms for buyer names, logos, artwork and records must be agreed separately.
