Decide whether the insert must locate, separate or support

Describe the job before selecting a material. A tray can locate items; a divider separates compartments. Fragile or heavy products also need the complete structure and packing arrangement reviewed. A fit check should include placing, removing and closing the pack around the real contents.

Review a complete sample before approval

Check finger access, product movement, tray height and lid clearance with all items in place. Any non-paper material, construction, availability and export fit must be confirmed for the project. A material option shown here does not establish a specific protection rating.

Insert design starts with product size

Tell us about the product you need to protect. We can discuss dimensions, weight, quantity and reference photos together.
