Mailer Box
A folding mailer structure for e-commerce and subscription projects. Match the board, closure, insert and shipping checks to the actual contents and distribution route.
Choose a mailer as part of the shipping pack
A folding mailer can combine an opening experience with an outer packing role, depending on the construction and product. Corrugated board combines liners and fluted paper; board choice alone cannot establish how the finished, filled package will perform.
A branded gift box may still need a separate shipping carton. Confirm whether the proposed mailer is the shipping outer pack or sits inside another pack, and review any sales-channel requirements for that arrangement.
| Decision | Trade-off to review | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Board and dimensions | Fit, material use and transport needs | Filled weight, product fragility and usable internal space |
| Insert or divider | Product organization and movement control | Retention, removal and complete-pack checks |
| Closure and packing | Assembly, sealing and customer opening | Packing steps, any extra carton and the agreed delivery arrangement |
